Question 1:
How can I recover my username & password?
Answer:
Your username is your e-mail address. You can recover your password by using the "forgotten your password?" link in the "Sign In" space, located at the top left hand-side of the homepage. Follow the prompts once you click this link. If you still cannot recover your password, please let us know about the situation by using the "support enquiry" link, which is located at the footer of the webpage. If you are having problems receiving our emails, we recommend that you add help@madmeal.com.au to your safe senders list.

Go to help menu and watch the related video. Adding new addresses enables you to use our service from wherever you are, given that we have partner restaurants in that area.

Answer:
Yes you can! There is a link in your account box which says "previous orders".

What is "favorite orders"?
Answer:
Favorite orders are the shortest way to order one of your favorite previous orders. You have to add the order to your favorites list by using the "add to my favorites" button. You can see this button during the ordering process.

Why do I have to give my mobile phone number?
Answer:
Mobiles are handy. We use them to reach you, we give your mobile number to the restaurant so that they can reach you if need be. But most importantly we have to make sure the number is correct. So we use a one-off sms verification code during your first order.

What is the sms verification code?
Answer:
At the last step of the first order, once you click "send", we send you a 4 digit number as an sms to your mobile. You have to enter the code in the space provided. This enables us to verify the correctness of your number. We will not use that number for anything without your consent. Please see the privacy policy for further information.

How do I make sure my order is accepted?
Answer:
You do not need to do anything. We monitor the system 24/7. If your order is sent you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

What happens if my order is rejected by the restaurant?
Answer:
If your order is rejected by the restaurant we will be warned by the system real time. We will call the restaurant to find out why, then we'll call you to explain the situation. This will take approximately 5 minutes from the time you hit "send the order" button.

What is the promo code?
Answer:
Promo code gives you the chance to use a specific promotion at a specific time. This can be a one-off promotion where one computer is allowed to order only once or a continuous one, where you can order the same deal multiple times.

Sometimes it will be once per computer, sometimes it will be limitless. We will let you know this piece of information before you order the promotion.

Where are the deals located?
Answer:
The deals are specific to each restaurant; you can locate them when you enter that restaurant's page. Also on the restaurants list page where you see all the restaurants, the ones with special deals will be labeled with the "maddeal" logo.

Answer:
After your search, if you couldn't spot your favorite restaurant, you will be given the chance to enter your desired restaurants' name and location so that we could contact them on your behalf.

How can I rate restaurants?
Answer:
In order to rate restaurants you have to be a registered user. Registration is free, actually everything is free. And there are two ways of doing this: A- You can use the heart symbols anytime (these are located on the restaurant information pages) or B- You will be prompted to the rating area when you next log onto madmeal after ordering. There you will be given the chance to rate the value, taste and speed of your order. You can skip this step forever (we will never ask for your rating following orders again) or for that time only. It is totally up to you but do not forget your feedback is important to us and we would like to hear from you.

How can I order alcohol?
Answer:
Some restaurants have the license to deliver alcohol and some don't. The ones that do deliver alcohol (the ones which have the delivery license) have their alcohol menu category in our system. You can order from there. By law, it is the restaurant's responsibility to act according to the regulations and ask for your ID while delivering. We do not have anything to do with this as we can't do anything to control this process and therefore we do not accept any responsibility for any fraudulent conduct.
